Our Story
Founded in 1939, the Lantana Garden Club has promoted gardening, landscape design, and civic beautification across San Antonio and Alamo Heights, while also supporting garden therapy programs for the community. Known for its leadership in floral design, the club helped establish the Institute for Flower Judging and produced more national flower show judges than any other club in southwest Texas.
Named for the native perennial, Lantana Garden Club celebrates a lasting legacy of beauty, service, and innovation.
Our Club
Organized and federated in 1939 to “Preserve the joy of friendship, flowers and fellowship.”
